1. Service Description

BookFlow AI ("BookFlow," "we," "us") provides an AI-powered booking and automation platform for local service businesses. Our platform enables businesses to list services, manage availability, and process client bookings through an online scheduling system. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Eligibility

To use BookFlow, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Operate a legitimate business or be authorized to act on behalf of a business
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and onboarding
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

BookFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. Booking Rules

Businesses using BookFlow can configure their own cancellation and rescheduling policies. As a platform provider, BookFlow facilitates the booking process but does not guarantee the performance of any business. Businesses are responsible for honoring their stated policies, providing services with reasonable skill and care, and resolving disputes with their clients directly.

4. Payment Terms

BookFlow is offered through subscription tiers:

• Starter — $35/month
• Growth — $105/month
• Pro — $209/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Free trials, if offered, are limited to one per business. You authorize BookFlow to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

BookFlow AI owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including the software, design, trademarks, logos, and all content provided through the service ("BookFlow IP"). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of BookFlow IP without our written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

As a business owner using BookFlow, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, service descriptions, and pricing
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell, redistribute, or attempt to commercialize the BookFlow platform itself
• Notify us promptly of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of the platform. BookFlow's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to BookFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of BookFlow that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against BookFlow.
